Although we are not in-network for most insurance plans, we will work with you to assist you in determining what portion of treatment can covered by insurance. Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit.

We have a variety of fee arrangements to ensure payment of any portion not covered by insurance is affordable. We accept most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa & Discover). We will be glad to discuss these with you upon your arrival.
